I work at building mental wealth in people and organisations. Health is a broad term that means the opposite of sickness, but my vision is not about this, I feel that it is far more meaningful. My work is about being well, building resilience and maintaining this into your future. My work is about giving information, building knowledge, inducing intent and supporting action. As a friend of mine said: "Information is not knowledge, knowledge is not intent and intent is not action". In my work, action is the main component of the outcome. Action to process, action to change and action to maintain that change.
