Genre: pop
Weekly/monthly price: £3.00 per weekly issue. Price reduced to just
£2.00 per issue to those who subscribe annually.
Target audience: 13-18 years old both male and female.
Magazine name: The POP Download.
House style/font: the style of the magazine will be colourful, modern,
lively, upbeat and in your face. The font which I have chosen is ‘forte’
as this mirrors the upbeat lively style of the magazine.
Images: heavy use of images, the main image on the front cover will
be related to the main interview on the double page spread.
Double page spread: there will be a large in depth interview with the
artist featured as the main image on the front cover.
Inducements: free posters every week, free exclusive downloadable
content and exclusive competition prizes.
USP: my magazine will offer a free online redeemable code, where
the reader will receive exclusive content, interviews behind the
scenes footage and gossip on all of their favourite celebrities only
available to this magazine’s readers.
