 Used different measuring instruments, including caliper, vanier caliper, gauge pins, go/no go gauges, height
gauges, straight edge , optical comparator, protractor , and various angle gauges
 ±.001--±.005 was the most common dimensions we worked with
 Was required to make good parts that meet requirements of the print
 Pulled job orders in the right order and made sure that job for next step is ready
 Took die to the die shop for change-over or did it myself if it was in the press change-over
 Operated sheer, spot welding machines, various drill machines, degreasing machines
 Also did complete set ups of universal punch and die
 Used forklift and die carts to install/pull the die.
 Inspected part in the middle of a run to make sure part is still good ,if not ,made proper adjustments to the
machine
 Operated line presses with stock straighteners
 Installed coils with forklift, removed, rebanded and put away
 Adjusted Air Cushion for channel dies and adjusted Knockout bar
 Also used Templates on a Hamilton press with Universal Tooling
