This document summarizes Mesha Devan's portfolio for their MAAA222 class. It includes descriptions of three animation projects they completed over the quarter. 2. Project 1
Scene from Steven Universe
 This project involved taking a 30 second clip of a show/movie and making the storyboards for it
 This was my first attempt at making storyboards, using premier I turned my thumbnail sketches
into an animatic in premier
 I learned how to communicate camera angles and shot directions with arrows and other
symbols.
 I didn’t always use the proper term for things and I didn’t elaborate in my explanation boxes
enough and my flow and timing could use work

6. Project 2
Sherlock Holmes and the Spiderwoman Trailer
 For this project we did a remake teaser for an old film in noir style
 With this project I learned about refined storyboards vs thumbnail
sketches as well as how to implement moving parts in an animatic
 The composition of the “noir” aesthetic for this project was a little
tricky it could use some work
 The flow and timing of this animatic could use some work

9. Project 3
Isala
 For this project it took everything I learned over the quarter as well as some new
things, importing complete photoshop files into premier and adding effect to them
 With colors needing to convey the energy and flow from scene to scene without
seeming choppy
 Using audio pieces as well as trying to make them blend in evenly, need to work
on audio manipulation
