APv6TF: Deployment stories from RIPE community
Vesna Manojlovic from RIPE NCC presented stories and experiences from IPv6 deployments in the RIPE community. This included comparing IPv6 and IPv4 tweets, lessons from deploying 100 RIPE Atlas anchors, and large deployment stories from Belgium, Latvia, and Norway. Recent IPv6 news was also shared, such as feedback from IPv6 training courses and the introduction of a new IPv6 analysis tool. Statistics on IPv6 adoption rates by RIPE NCC members over time were also presented.

In this session Alex will teach how to benchmark your storage subsystem and capacity and how to stress test it to the limits. You will learn how easy it is to setup ORION benchmark and collect I/O performance characteristics of your platform and assess scalability of small random I/Os, impact of writes on I/Operformance, impact of different RAID levels, how backups can affect your OTLP traffic, performance of outer areas of disks vs inner areas, and compare SSD with HDD performance. ORION tests are very repeatable so it's a great measuring tool in your Measure, Analyze, Change, Measure cycle.

Advanced Shell Scripting for Oracle professionals
There are a lot of tasks in Oracle world which would not be possible without a programming languages. Shell scripting can be applied to a wide variety of system and database tasks. In my presentation I will share advanced shell scripting techniques on real life customer success story migrating users from on premise Oracle Internet Directory (OID) instance to AWS OID instance. Migration with standard OID provided tools was not possible due to specific customer requirements. Therefore shell scripting came to achieve desired goals. I`ll give deep overview about issues faced during the scripting, troubleshooting techniques used, scripting performance aspects and solutions applied to make efficient user migration possible.

DB12c: All You Need to Know About the Resource Manager
Resource Manager has changed a lot in Oracle Database 12c, especially if Oracle Multitenant is used. It can manage the available resources between the consumer groups in a single PDB as well as among all the PDBs. DBAs who are planning the upgrades or consolidations to Oracle Database 12c need to understand how the new resource manager works and how the existing resource management plans need to be changed to make them work in the new Oracle Multitenant configuration.
This paper will explain the differences between 11g and 12c resource manager, will dig into resource management features and limitations in 12c Oracle Multitenant, will provide guidelines for migrating your current resource management plan to 12c at the time of upgrade or consolidation, and will also reveal how much overhead the resource manager introduces.

A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.
