 I am handling Core machine’s like Induction Furnace’s,
Heat Treatment Furnace’s (Furnace oil Type),
E.O.T Crane’s up to 13Ton & 5Ton ,Monorail Hoist’s,
Mould making machines, Hydraulic power pack
machine’s, Belt Conveyor’s, Shot blasting machine’s,
Utility machines like 1250 KVA& 500 KVA
Generator’s & 100 HP & 75 HP Screw Compressor’s
all machine’s maintaining Good condition and Minimum
( MTTR ) problem free condition & mean time I did so
many Design modification’s activities in these
machine’s.
 Maintaining Induction Furnace Cooling Tower’s
effectively with using of Anti Docent Chemical’s for
getting required ppm.
 E.O.T Crane ‘s & Hoist’s gearbox gears life
improvement activity’s by provide key lock system will
adopted those gears getting for better life improvement.
 I introducing Gear coupling in the place of Love jaw
coupling for all Monorail Hoist unit its very
maintainability & reliability improvement in the Hoist
function.

 Heat Treatment furnace Design modification work in
Automatic Hydraulic Quenching Furnace’s we
Introducing New brake systemadopting in fork lifting
for safe carrying of 3 Ton casting load in the Heat
Treatment furnace’s
 In our Heat Treatment Furnace’s I installed Heat
Recovery System for making furnace oil heat through
Waste Flue gas line. It giving EB Unit consumption
payback for consuming Heater.
 In Heat Treatment Trolley wheel’s I installed new Hi–
Temperature Bearing’s with Hi-Temperature Grease
for easy functioning with improving reliability of the
machine.
 Shot Blasting machine also I did lot of Design
Modification in Shots Peening unit for life improvement
activity’s adopting locking system in the peening unit.
 In our Shot Blasting machine I introduced Hi- chrome
Blade’s giving more running hours against errosive
effect.
 All automatic conveyor’s I introduced Auto Timer for
auto cut in & cut off for consumption of EB unit.
 Now am handling New Project work’s like machine’s
Erection& Plant Expansion work also.
 Hands on Experience in Preventive Maintenance ,
Corrective Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance with
Diagnosis Techniques.
 Preparing Time based maintenance (TBM) &
Condition based maintenance (CBM) calendar to
conduct optimal checks based on a frequency

My Latest Productive Achievement of Solar Power project
We installed 100 KW output capacity of SOLAR
MODULE’S on the roof of our plant. It gives Electric Power
250 - 350 EB Units ( Depends upon Sun light ) on daily basis
we utilize this power through entire factory . Mainly I participate
erection work of solar module’s of this project with
International Marketing Corporation (IMC) & PV Power
Technologies team .
My First Working Experience
I had selected to work in FORD MOTOR INDIA
PVT.LTD in Chengulput on Aug’04. This MNC is one of the
most leading & advance manufacturers in automobile sector .
Here am working as a production trainee in TCF Dept. FUEL
TANK DUCKING operator in ICON & FUSION TYPE CARS
and also Responsible for quality of job & product of output.
I finished my journey there at Oct’ 04.
My Strength
 Good experience in Maintenance functioanal activities

 Excellent problem solving skills with a strong technical
