These ISBTs are designed as complexes comprising of a budget hotel, restaurants, multiplex, shopping
complex, night boarding for buses and multilevel parking for 2 & 4 wheelers. These projects were based
on a Build, operate & transfer (BOT) Contract.
- Shallu Khad bridge - Himachal Pradesh (HP)- Jan ’05 – Sept ‘05
Design & build services for a Pre-stressed concrete bridge of 55m span with open foundation and PSC Box-
Girder as Super-structure.
The scope of my work was design co ordination with HP- PWD and project planning.
- MC- 1A Corridor, Delhi - Jan ’05 – Sept ‘05
Design consultancy services for PWD. This required road improvement plan & detailed design for restoring
the MC-1A corridor between Delhi University & ISBT Kashmiri Gate. Also, efforts were to prepare a ‘’model
road’’ by integration of street furniture with 3 metro rail stations.
The scope of my work was to prepare, monitor & update the project program.
