Lt Col Armando Gonzalez is a transitioning military officer with over 20 years of experience in the United States Marine Corps. He has advanced degrees in business administration and global leadership. Gonzalez has successfully managed global logistics operations and developed effective communication strategies. As the USMC representative to Colombia from 2011 to 2013, he advised military leaders and managed a $15 million budget to train Colombian forces. Gonzalez has received several awards for his logistics excellence and skills in supply chain and cost management.

2. Lt Col Armando Gonzalez is a transitioning military
officer who has served in the United States Marine Corps for
many years. He holds a Master of Science degree in Global
Leadership from the University of San Diego, San Diego, CA.
and also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from Chapman University, Orange, CA.

3. Lt Col Armando Gonzalez has successfully managed
simultaneous logistics support enterprises on opposite sides of
the globe, establishing effective global
communications/coordination measures and successfully
sustained dual site operations. He adapted to the unit’s
expanded mission to provide additional security details for
deployed forces implementing the training, organizational
adjustments and policies/procedures to adapt to the new task.

4. From 06/11 to 6/2013, he served as the USMC representative
to Bogota, Colombia. He functioned as a principal advisor to
the Colombian Navy and Marine Corps Service Chiefs covering
functional areas including: plans, policies, operations,
doctrine, training, equipment, logistics and communications.
He developed, implemented and carefully managed a $15
million dollar budget too train/equip Colombian forces.

Armando Gonzalez has received several awards and honors in
his career. Some of his main accomplishments include
Colombian Marines Service Medal for Support to Colombian
Marine Forces (07/11-07/13), US Defense Meritorious Service
Medal as a USMC Rep to Colombia (07/11-07/13), Admiral
Stanley R. Arthur Award (2006) for Logistics Excellence for
the Evacuation of U.S. Citizens from Lebanon through Cyprus,
& more.
