This document discusses low test scores at a high school and proposes goals and methods to address the issue. It aims to get students to openly discuss challenges, both inside and outside of school, that may be impacting their performance. One-on-one meetings with counselors and increased attendance at tutorial sessions are suggested. Meetings would take place after school for all involved parties to jointly determine support strategies. Statistics have shown that lack of encouragement at home, social promotion, excessive TV, and long breaks may be contributing factors to low scores.
