It is a genuine pleasure and honor for me to recommend William Bentley for a position at your
organization. In my past capacity as a Control Systems Discipline Lead Engineer at Jacobs
Engineering, I worked closely with Mr. Bentley for 5 years. His responsibilities included creation and
maintenance of ISA standard data sheets, overall electrical engineering, and project engineering.
Mr. Bentley was also one of our few truly adept InTools super-users and without his help I would
have been lost.
During our time at Jacobs, Mr. Bentley proved himself a hard-working and responsible engineer and
I am delighted to provide this letter of recommendation on his behalf.
I have worked with Bill in stressful and complicated projects requiring high levels
of intelligence and understanding: he met every challenge, deadline, and goal presented and tackled
every problem with grace and ease. Many of the solutions Bill proposed were insightful and practical,
and he showed a remarkable capacity for breaking large issues into manageable pieces.
In the years that I have known and worked with Bill, I have developed enduring respect for both his
