Location Shots
I may use this room as it fits in
with the idea of it being set in
                 another era as the protagonist
is using candle light. This room
                 would be perfect as you
                 wouldn’t have to consider the
mise-en-scene much as it is a
                 room with old fashioned
furniture in. I wouldn’t have to
                 worry about modern items
                 being in the shots.

I would have the lighting so it is
really dark and would be filmed
near the end as it is an interior
                 shot.

I think this room could work really
well as the study room as it already
has loads of documents and papers
all over the desk to make it look
                 messy.
I would have it so there is barely any
                 light.
                 Although the candle aspect could
signify it is set in another era, I could
have it so as he wakes up he checks
the power and has no electricity
therefore would use the candle as
                 light.
I would use over the shoulder shots
and POV’s mainly as they are
                 typically occurring shots in thrillers.
I would use this lane for the
   part where he is hallucinating
and has just taken the drugs
and is running away. I would
try and use over the shoulder
shots and POV’s to try and
make it seem fast paced. I
would preferably have it so it’s
dark and raining. He would be
running in the ditch and sides
   of the road getting dirty.

Alternatively I could use this part of
the lane following the same principals
as the other section of the lane shown
above.
