2. Dance Studio
We have decided to use the dance studio as one of our filming locations as it
will show people dancing which is a popular form of exercise/sport among
teenagers.This location will allow us to get footage of dancers and even
interview them about their choice of sport etc. For mis en scene we would
show some of the dance posters on the wall to highlight that this is a dance
studio, also this will connote to the audience that the dancers are
professional, we could also use this as our location for an expert interview
which would also connote to the audience that they are professional and
know what they are talking about.

3. Sports Field
We have decided to use the sports field at our college as one of our
filming locations as it would be a perfect place to film students playing
sports in their P.E lessons or as part of a sports team.This will also allow
us to interview those who chose P.E as an A level or those who choose to
participate in sports teams.The mis en scene of this location would show
the sports teams playing and the goals and some equipment on the side
lines to suggest to the audience that it is a real sports game and the
teens are enjoying themselves while playing.

4. Kick Boxing Gym
We will be using the Kick Boxing gym that Nathan attends as
one of our filming locations as it will allow us to film people
doing kick boxing and interview them and the trainers to find out
further information about the sport and whether they think that
education is stopping it.The mis en scene of our shot would
show the ring in the background with some equipment as well to
suggest to the audience that this is a professional gym and
overall a good place to keep fit.

5. Refectory
We have decided to use our college’s refectory as one of our filming
location as it will give us easy access to use students as our vox pops as
they will attend college and be able to give their opinion on sport.As this
is where most of the students who attend the college go for their breaks
this will make our choice of students for our vox pops a lot easier.The mis
en scene of this shot would show more students in the background to
emphasise that this is a college and it would show the canteen and
vending machines to connote that teens don’t have a healthy diet and

6. Tennis Courts
We have decided to the use the tennis courts at our college as one of
our filming locations because we will either be able to show that
students do play sports or that they don’t, thus furthering our
argument that education is destroying sport.The mis en scene
would show people playing tennis in the background to show that
some teens do play sport this would make the audience think that
teens do sport however we would then show another shot that
suggests the opposite to show the reality.

7. Bike Sheds
We have decided to use our college’s bike sheds as one of our filming
locations because we will be able to show students riding their bikes
and then use them as our vox pops to ask them about sport and
whether this is the only exercise they do and whether they only do it
to get to college and back.The mis en scene of the shot will do bikes
and people riding in and out of the bike shed on their bikes, this will
connote to the audience that teens do exercise but we could put some
stats or a contradictory shot after to show that not that many teens
do sport.

8. Boxing Gym
We have decided to use Hall Green Boxing Gym as one of our filming
locations as we will be able to interview the boxing coach here and get
some footage of some of the equipment being used to show some
teenagers exercising. The mis en scene of the interview will show the
ring and some equipment in the background to signify to the audience
that this is professional gym with good equipment and that it is a good
thing that teens come here to exercise.
