The public works director provides updates on several infrastructure projects in the city. The Southwest Quadrant waterline project and 2015-2016 sidewalk improvements are expected to finish in May. Bridge work on Sixth Street and Grand Boulevard was completed on May 9th. Lincoln Avenue will be closed nightly with lane reductions later in May. BNSF railroad will close Smith Avenue, Sheridan Street, and Radio Road from May 22nd to 24th for maintenance. The 2-week look ahead for SR-91 closures is provided on pages 8 and 9.
