Dr. Lekhjung Thapa is a neurologist in Nepal specializing in conditions like stroke, epilepsy, and movement disorders. The objectives of the presentation are to discuss what CNS tuberculosis is, its burden in Nepal, challenges in diagnosis, treatment approaches, outcomes, and provide a summary. CNS tuberculosis can manifest as tuberculosis meningitis, intracranial tuberculoma, or tuberculosis arachnoiditis. It is difficult to diagnose due to inability to visually identify the tuberculosis bacilli in cerebrospinal fluid samples. High index of clinical suspicion, cerebrospinal fluid analysis
