This brochure summarizes a flexing test apparatus that can automatically test the bending fatigue strength of AC and DC power cords. The apparatus can bend samples left or right at adjustable angles between 30 and 90 degrees at a continuously adjustable rate from 0 to 180 degrees. Weights can also be adjusted for different sample types. It counts the number of bends for each of six samples until a break is detected by a loss of power, at which point it stops counting for that sample. The test parameters and pass/fail criteria comply with relevant standards for power cords.

This machine is a special equipment for testing the bending fatigue strength of AC

 Failure judgment: When there is a broken line to be measured, the
corresponding LED lights are not bright, the corresponding good counter to stop
counting.
 The show value is the times of bending about the tested power line. The
machine stops running when all lines to be measured are broken.
 Qualified judgment: When the test line is set to achieve the number of tests, the
detection device automatically stops, and shows good count.
