Recruiters join NPAworldwide to fill jobs and place candidates cooperatively with one another. We have
competitors but our beneficial differentiators are the worldwide reach of NPAworldwide and the member-
owned and managed nature of a cooperative. Ultimately members contribute revenue to NPAworldwide to
improve the quality and quantity of services provided by the network.
As President, I work with the outstanding staff to deliver operational excellence, membership growth and
increased profit for our members. We have been working on multiple technology projects to modernize
the foundation of the business including a membership database tool, a job and candidate sharing tool for
members, and our social media acumen and effectiveness.
