though filed before CPIO Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Justice was transferred to Patna
Court who considering subject matter closely related with Ld. CJM cum PIO, District Court,
Begusarai, Bihar transferred to latter.
And the First Appeal though filed before Hon'able Patna High Court, Considering subject matter
closely relating with District & Session Judge – cum- Appellate Authority, Civil court, Begusarai
transferred to the latter.
Since said Public Authorities falls under kind jurisdiction of your commission, as such the Second
Appeal documents are enclosed herewith for repuisite action at your end. the additional set of
documents set earlier vide Dairy Number – 183722 dated 03.11.2016 ( Which has since been traced
out) as submitted by the appellant also enclosed herewith for requisite action at your end.
