Hon’ble Sir,
1. That under signed is OM PRAKASH S/O Late Shri Deep
Narayan Poddar, Age about 48 years, R/O Asha Deep Niwas,
Shukkar Hatt, Sonaili Village, P.S. Kadwa, District Katihar,
Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj
Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner-
in-Person in the Anti-Prostitution matter in Writ Petition
(Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No.
66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ
Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme
Court of India.
2. That you may exercise your inherent power to repeat the
case of ADM Jabalpur but petitioner will keep on seeking
Constitutional remedy in SDJM Begusarai Case.
3. That you have been vested with inherent power by the
Constitution of India. You may exercise your inherent power to
hang to death to the Petitioner-in-Person but you cannot compel
the petitioner to respect your profession.

4. That you may protect the rapists by exercising your inherent
power but petitioners will never Condon your act of out raging
the modesty of his families and minor daughters. Petitioner
extremely hates your profession from the bottom of his heart.
5. That you may keep the petitioner’s families and minor
daughter into the mud of International Sex Racket and for your
own sexual gratifications forever but you cannot compel the
petitioner to accept your heinous work.
6. That petitioner has approached you for Constitutional
remedy and will keep on agitating against it within the
framework of Constitution of India.
7. That petitioner has withstood your all kind of harsh inflicted
upon him but will never succumbed to your foul prey.
8. That Petitioner reaffirms that he will remain in Delhi till the
case number is allotted or till the written intimation supplied
either in the form of judicial order or in the form of written
intimation by Registry in this case.
9. That registry has crossed all the limits in this case and
deliberately delayed to allot the case number or written
intimation since 22.06.2022 even after removing all objections.
10. Hence, petitioner is prying from you to pass hang to death
Order against him but do not waste his time and energy to fight
against unlawful, arbitrary, abuse of power by Power Elites.
