Greetings of Peace and Good Health!
I am writing to kindly request access to utilize the L300 Service Vehicle belonging to the barangay
for an upcoming Boy Scout event scheduled to take place at the Basag Provincial Campsite and
Evacuation Center on February 14-18, 2024.
The Boy Scout activity aims to provide our scouts with valuable learning experiences in outdoor
survival skills, teamwork, and leadership with the Theme: “Youth Engagement: Sustaining Relevance
and Strengthening Resilience” We believe that this activity will greatly benefit the development of our
young scouts and contribute to their personal growth.
The use of the barangay's L300 Service Vehicle is crucial for transporting our scouts and necessary
equipment to and from the campsite safely and efficiently. We assure you that the vehicle will be
handled with care and returned in the same condition it was received.
We kindly request permission to use the L300 Service Vehicle on February 14, 2024 @6:AM (Tastas
E/S to the Campsite) February 18, 2024 (1:00 PM Campsite to Tastas E/S. We will ensure that
all necessary precautions are taken during the trip to ensure the safety of everyone on board.
We understand that the barangay's resources are limited and greatly appreciate your consideration
