I highly recommend Andrew Schrom as a candidate for employment. In the past few
years I have worked with him closely and he has become a very strong team member in our
kitchen. Throughout his employment here he has been often recognized by managers and
received the Employee of the Month award in 2012. His work ethic, reliability, and
communication skills are some of his qualities which the management team and I would like to
acknowledge.
Andrew puts a great amount of effort into his work. He completes his tasks in a timely
fashion and well in detail. I very much admire how he consistently tries to better himself and his
work. When he excelled all areas in the kitchen, he then told me he was interested to learn the
drive-thru too. We trained him in service for a few days and he did an outstanding job. It’s
valuable to us to have such versatile employees like Andrew.
I consider Andrew to be quite a reliable employee. He has often come in on his days off
and worked double shifts for me when other workers have called off. When I delegate tasks to
him I can depend on him to get them done quickly and accurately. The managers at our store
enjoy having Andrew on their shift because he is truly an asset to our team and we can rely on
him to help us succeed our goals.
Communication is a very important aspect of being a leader. I have seen Andrew give
great constructive feedback back to newer employees, so great that I’ve asked him if he was
interested in furthering his career in our restaurant by becoming a crew trainer or manager.
Andrew also is very respectful to the managers and can implicate feedback received by them. His
abilities to greatly correspond with managers and crew makes him an asset to our kitchen team.
I volunteered to write this recommendation for Andrew because I am very grateful for his
contributions to our restaurant and very confident that he has the work ethic, reliability, and
