HIV prevention programs.
STOP Malaria Campaign
 MOH: Community-based initiative
 Intense effort in 8 districts through 5 CSOs to boost practice of
key behaviors
 Community Agents collected data from HH monthly (ie
tracking behaviors); provided IPC.
 Data were aggregated and presented back to each community
and to district health offices.
