Climate change and poverty threaten children's health globally. Climate change and natural disasters are associated with malnutrition and disease outbreaks in developing countries, where 85% of the world's children live. World Vision has taken integrated approaches in Africa, Ghana, and Indonesia to address issues caused by climate change like child stunting, lack of water and sanitation, and malaria. Their programs focus on education, agriculture, infrastructure, gender equality, farming practices, health, and hygiene. Recommendations include protecting children in developing countries, increasing investment in community-based health programs, and financing adaptation in addition to existing aid commitments.
