Dave Grant gave a presentation on using Kano analysis to plan features for SwanseaCon 2017. He introduced the Kano model, which classifies product features as basic, performance, or excitement-based according to their impact on customer satisfaction. Attendees then brainstormed and prioritized features of SwanseaCon 2016 and conducted a Kano survey to understand customer preferences. The results would help determine which features to focus on for SwanseaCon 2017 based on their satisfaction and importance to customers.
