4.  Motivational Activity: Family Photo Frame
 The teacher will distribute a Photo frame to each student.
 After receiving a photo frame, the students will be given three (3) minutes
to imagine and draw about their ideal family members.
 Chosen students will share their thoughts about what they drew.

Activity: The student will list their possible solutions to address the
overpopulation in the picture.

 Natural Family planning - is a way of following God’s plan for achieving
and/or avoiding pregnancy

 Basal Body Temperature (BBT) Women use Basal Body Temperature
(BBT) -Women use the Basal Body Temperature (BBT) Method to identify
their fertility by observing their body temperature each morning before
beginning any activity.

6.  The Ovulation Method-The Ovulation Method, also call the Cervical
Mucus Method, natural family planning in which the fertile period is
inferred from changes in the character and quantity of cervical mucus;
ovulation is marked by an increase in mucus that becomes sticky and
then clearer and slippery
 Sympto-thermal Method a natural method of family planning that
incorporates the ovulation and basal body temperature methods of family
planning. It is more effective than either method used alone and requires
fewer days of abstinence from sexual intercourse because it allows the
fertile period of the menstrual cycle to be more precisely identified.
 Calendar-Rhythm Method- new simple fertility awareness-based method.
 Lactational amenorrhea -is a method of avoiding pregnancy based on the
natural postpartum infertility that occurs when a woman
is amenorrheic and fully breastfeeding.

7.  Unnatural family planning -birth control by the use of devices (diaphragm
or intrauterine device or condom) or drugs or surgery.
 Pill- suppress ovulation.
 Norplant-induces early abortion
 Condoms-trap ejaculation preventing sperm from reaching the ovum.
 Intrauterine device- prevents implantation of newly conceived human life.
 Diaphragm- preventing sperm from entering the uterus.
 Sterilization- preventing conception
