The objective of this 45 minute lesson for an OA2 class is to teach students about biological rhythms of life. The lesson will begin with a 10 minute introduction where the teacher will ask students what they already know about biorythms and explain what will be covered. The main part of the lesson will spend 15 minutes going over basic biological cycles like sleep, the importance of sleep, differences between night and morning people, and how to support good sleep. It will also discuss the biological clock. The lesson will conclude with a 5 minute follow up to see what students remember and a 10 minute test to evaluate what was learned.
