Buba (a pet of Sala celeste) and I will greet the students and we will sing their “Hello Sun”
.Students sing this song at the beginning of each English class. They move their bodies
and their hands and say “hello”, “hello”, “hello”, “get up on your feet” They jump and mime
the actions and sing moving their bodies according to the rhythm of the song.

Buba is a monkey pet that belongs to athis group of kids,Sala celeste .Children love Buba
because it is their pet .I will present Buba to them .I will tell them “say , hello Buba” Then I
will say “Buba is in the jungle” I will point to the jungle and then I will say “he is sad” , I
will tought and rub my eyes in order to express my feeling , I will cry because he can’t find
his family,and he looks for his family in the jungle .I will mime the words “find” and “look
for” Then he gets happy because he finds them.I will express his feeling smiling and
touching my face.I will point to Daddy,mumy, his brother and his sister. I will show a
picture with Buba’sfamily.
I will point to Buba’s family and I will say :“This is Buba’s family” . “Mummy, daddy, sister
and brother “we will name,Buba’s family

Possible problem:
Students might not know how to name each member of the family with the new
vocabulary. I will provide the vocabulary and ask them to repeat the words.

I will explain to the kids that now we are going to do an activity where they have to match
the pictures.
Then I will give the students the handouts to complete the pictures with a line. For
instance, they have to match monkey mother with human mother in order to remember
monkey‘s family.I willsay “please, children look for your pencil case and put it on the table
because we are going to do a written work” because their teacher Sabrina tell it when they
have to do a written activity. Then I will model on the board how to do the activity .I will
make a line between the human dad and monkey dad.
“Look at your pictures” ,I will explain and point to the pictures “ this is a human family and
this is a monkey family”, and “You have to match human daddy to monkey daddy” (I will
mimic with a card of my own and I will show the drawings on the board again) for example:

After that I will help them todo the work.I will walk around and ask them questions as they
draw. I will say “very good “when they work with enthusiasm and veryhappy ““Then I will
collect their works in order to correct them, they enjoy when the teacher corrects their
works.
Possible problem:
Students might have forgotten the new vocabulary so I will provide it for them. I will make
them repeat it again. Some students might not understand the procedure. So I will show
them the drawings againand ask them to draw their specific one in their hand out.

We will sit in a circle around the table. I will tell the students that our lesson is almost over

I will explain that I can help them by singing the song .Since the lyrics are very simple, sts
will easily catch up with them, and will be engaged in fully singing and imaging the different
monkey family .I will invite the children to suggest other goodies for the song, for
example, “Daddy finger ,daddy finger , where are you? Where are you? How do you do”. I
can sing I can get the children to recite the words after me and then add the melody later,
or I can sing the song and get the children to sing the melody to “where are you”. If the
song has a word which is frequently repeated or a sound like “Mumy finger, mumyfinger
where are you? Where are you? How do you do? , the children will soon start joining in on
those words. It is better not to try to do too much in one session. After that I will say that it
was a pleasure to work with them .I will tell them to get up and we will sing the song of
“good bye” “see you the next class”. I will say “good bye children” or they will say good bye
