Having spent the last 14 years managing a successful real estate team demands not only a
large portfolio of personal and professional skills, but also profound tact and sensitivity. I
not only attend to a myriad of daily administrative and maintenance details, but also initiate
and oversee transactions from beginning to end. In order to keep all parties informed and
to ensure effective project management, I maintain continual intimate contact through
excellent communication skills, thus providing transparent, internet-based record keeping.
Single-handedly managed over 100 transactions in a year and often both ends of sale.
Listing / Transaction Coordinator
 Liaise between client and agents
 Prepare marketing material for presentations
 Prepared listings on the MLS and documents such as broker accords, representation
contracts, and purchase agreements
 Schedule Advertising, open-houses and inspections
 Delivered continuous operations support to the broker and agents including
scheduling appointments, generating market material and comparative market
analysis of properties.
 Assist Sellers in completing disclosure packages
 Schedule photographer/videographer
 Manage content of all social media platforms
 Open Escrow, review and approve escrow documents
 Following up on deadlines for loan and inspection contingency removal; ordering
NHD; reviewing completion of files, ensure all mandatory disclosures are
completed; prepare all documents relating to real estate transactions, such as offers,
counter-offers, disclosures and addenda (CAR form)
 Conferred with third parties including lenders, home inspectors and appraisers to
ensure terms and conditions of transactions were handled in a timely manner.
 Coordinate closing walk-thru, key exchange and closing gifts
 Review and approve commission break-downs
Financial Management
 AP / AR for personal and business
 Provide accountant with EOY reports
 Keep files & records organized and up to date
 Prepare records to generate 1099’s
 Reconcile accounts monthly through Quickbooks
Personal Assistant
 Keep house stocked with all supplies
