Frank, a former film director, visited a grade five class for four days to teach them filmmaking tips and help them create a short movie. Over the course of the week, the students learned camera angles, made their first movie about a person investigating a noise at a locked door, created storyboards which they later switched, and on the final day filmed and edited their movie.

1. Day one with Frank!!!

On Monday September
3rd, Frank came to visit
grade five and teach us
some cool tips about
how to make a really cool
movie!!!!!

2. DAY TWO WITH FRANK!!!!
Frank showed us all about fantastic camera angles to make your movie really dramatic!!!!
We also made our first movie about a person who tries to open the door but it's locked
then he/ she hears a noise and gets more and more worried. Eventually that person
opens the door and is relieved.

3. Day three with frank!!!
We created our own story-board, but guess what, we had to switch them!!! So we
ended up getting someone else's story-board! I thought it was easier though.

4. Final day with
frank!!!
On the last day with frank we made our final door
scenes. It was just like a normal door scene, but we got
to change the ending a bit and we got to edit!!!!
