We as adults need to guide them, support them, and help them make GOOD decisions. We need to allow them to make AND learn from small mistakes so as to intentionally avoid the BIG mistakes. Just like in a busy street, we need to hold their hand, enforce rules talk to them, listen to them and show them that we are learning too.
