The LEARN Consortium was formed by 16 states to assist migrant students in grades K-12 and out-of-school youth to become proficient in literacy and overcome barriers to high school graduation. Through this project, over 200 literacy, math, and study skills lessons were developed and field tested and are available online in English and Spanish on the Migrant Literacy NET. This web-based system allows teachers to search for and select lessons, track student progress, and access instructional materials and resources to assist migrant students and their parents.
