  • 4. Your options  Knowledge center stuff - - - - Books, seminars, webinars, podcasts, whitepapers, speakers…..etc  Mentors  Advisory Boards  Roundtables  Peer Groups  Company Retreats
  • 5. Knowledge Center Stuff  Sign up  Read at least one per week  Have an employee lead a topic (Digital Influencer Weekly)  Look for topics, then buy….download/hardcover/whatever  Pick a subject and do a search Saturday
  • 6. Mentor  Find the right match  Meet regularly  Come prepared  Ask to be held accountable  Celebrate successes  Measure results
  • 7. Advisory Boards  Get the right mix  Cover all areas of your weaknesses  Meet regularly  Ask the members to be candid  Compensate the members  Come prepared/be held accountable/measure results
