Democratic Leader A democratic leader is one who encourages workers to share in making decisions about their work and work-related problems. This includes everyone making a decision. They encourage their employees to participate in planning work, solving work problems, and making decisions.
Open Leadership An open leadership is a manager who giver little or no direction to employees. This means that the employees are usually experienced enough to make decisions on their own This is usually a business that has little or no change. They have to be confident in making decisions on their own.
Situational Leadership A situational leader is one who understands employees and job requirements and matches his/her actions and decisions to the circumstances. This is considered the most effective manager. They know you better as if they needed to put a group of   employees together to work on a project.
