A good leader must understand each student's problems, analyze them, and find solutions while also providing equal opportunities and sharing information given by coordinators and principals. They make students feel proud and happy to have such a leader, and also make teachers feel proud. Good leaders are friendly, able to complete their own work while also helping other students with problems and listening to teachers.
