• Working with outside counsel, I provide viable settlement options to pending litigations ranging from city
code violations to contested foreclosures.
• High settlement rates, counsel's satisfaction, lower than average turn-around times and overall company
savings in litigation costs all show my effectiveness in this position.
Home Retention Consultant - Homeward/Ocwen November 2012 – August 2013
• As an HRC I assisted home owners with modification and foreclosure alternatives including Home
Affordable Modification Program, Home Affordable Unemployment Program, short sales, deed-in-lieu of
foreclosure, and other modification options.
• I extensively used written and verbal communication skills for direct borrower and interdepartmental
communication.
• Expanding my expertise in Microsoft Excel, I developed spreadsheets to track loans, manage pipelines
and evaluate loans for initial qualification.
• All established goals and quotas were consistently exceeded.

• This was a church planting initiative where I managed volunteers, coordinated special events and large
