abnormal consumption of services and to monitor customer behavior on payments
CRC facilitates the control of customer credit by using features such as Schemes, Rules and Actions,
Schemes are set of conditions regarding customer credit in response to which CRC needs to take
necessary actions.
CRC exhibits following features:
• CRC provides a robust control over Service Usage and Debt recovery and hence minimizing
the risk to Etisalat
• Disconnecting Services of Customers for neglecting payments or abnormal consumption of

Description: This is a project initiated by UAE’s TRA (Telecom Regulatory Authority). This will give the
flexibility to the mobile subscriber to retain his/ her original mobile number while migrating between
different service providers within UAE.
The objectives of the project (from Etisalat side) is to Automate all business processes related to number
porting request when Etisalat is considered as Recipient Licensee RL (customer is asking for du number
to be working within Etisalat network/ billing system) or Donor Licensee DL (customer is asking for
Etisalat number to be working within du network/ billing system). The solution is implemented for both
Pre Paid and Post Paid accounts and also for Business and Individual Customers.
The design and implementation is as per telcordia’s NPC (Number Portability Clearinghouse) process
flow and message specifications
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Requirements analysis of complete module upfront ,Test Estimations, Test case review, Test
Environment Setup, Test Plan ,Reporting, Co-ordination with Development, Requirement and
Support team till the project closure.
• Configuration and end user trainings (Sales, operations, Backend and Contact Center agents).

• Invoicing
• Account Receivable activates.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing & understanding HLD(high Level Design document),Preparing Test Plan, Test
