manpower requirements for preparation of Payroll and other information and to provide Reports required by the
management. This System includes various processes like Salary Process, Leave Process, Loan Process, Shift
Schedules, Manpower Planning and Requisition, Training Requisition and Scheduling, Performance Tracking and
Exit Formalities etc.

Project Description: Network Help Desk Management System is being developed for one of the leading
petroleum company of India. The application helps them to automate Network Fault reporting by any of the user
and automate the call escalations to internal support team and if required to the concerned vendors. Further, the
system can generate required MIS reports for management review.
The application comprises of combination of User-friendly Menu Driven ‘IVR’ and the web based System to assist
the HPCL user to register the compliant.
