• Every lawyer might understand the importance of Lawyers
Marketing. Did you ever think that why some lawyers are
successful and other some, aren’t? The fact is that, the successful
lawyers have masterminded the art of marketing and client
development skills. Each lawyer, must market, if he needs a
survival.
• Suppose you are a private practitioner, you are in business and
have to live on sales. If you are not interested in marketing or
won’t try to learn how to market, then it would be better you find
a job where marketing is not required. Junior associates don’t
market much in the beginning, but of course, they are expected to
bring in clients. If you are working as a partner, your job security
depends on your client list.

marketing plan. It doesn’t have any complication.
The specific thing is that you set out clear legal
marketing goals and find out every possible ways to
reach each goal. The marketing plan should contain
a timeline for completing each action you take.
• The most important thing is to follow the marketing
plan consistently. When you receive plenty of legal
business, you may not give proper attention into
marketing
• If you do so, that will be a mistake. Some types
of marking, such as networking, need a large amount
of time to develop prospects. Remember, a week that
goes by without marketing is a week lost forever.
• In order to achieve your goal, you must have a web
site which needs to be clear about your particular
law practice, which all areas you practice in and
how much business you have now in each area.
