3. 1. INTRODUCCIÒN
Se toma como punto inicial en
esclarecer que es un contrato de
trabajo y cuáles son las
características que lo conforman,
seguidamente se deben conocer
aquellas causas justas por las cuales
se puede dar por terminado el
contrato de trabajo y por ultimo
poder interpretar las causas
jurídicas que esto conlleva
5. DEFINICIÒN
Un contrato es un acuerdo, pacto o convenio que se tiene entre
el empleador y el aspirante al puesto, en caso que llegase a
existir menores empleados, debe existir una autorización del
Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social
6. CARACTERISTICAS
En el contrato se pactan puntos como: salario, tiempo de prueba,
horarios de trabajo, prestaciones del empleado, actividad que va
desempeñar el empleado entre otros.
Existen dos formas de contrato según el trabajo que se vaya a
desempeñar: verbal o escrito, según la duración del contrato se
clasifican en; contrato a término fijo, indefinido, transitorio, de
obra o labor
7. 3. TERMINACIÒN DEL CONTRATO DE
TRABAJO
Se encuentran consagradas y reguladas
bajo el artículo 62 del C.S.T
Se establecen las causas justas para dar por
terminado de manera unilateral el
contrato de trabajo, estas se pueden
presentar por parte del empleador o bien
sea por parte del trabajador
