Pods Medical Leader – Managed a group of 33 independent Primary Care Physicians. Responsible for quality studies,
referralmanagement and in-patient utilization. Worked with Ingalls administration to design a program that linked
physician incentives to the larger organizational goals. Implemented and managed this program which resulted in a 250%
increase in organizational bonuses.
