2. There is well known and constantly being repeated boring – MANTRA, that :
„It is much easier to determine costs associated with SDIs implementaions,
than the benefits. Costs are much more better documented than benefits”
If I would accept that – talking on this subject would be boring.
So I have tried another approach.
Regardless of frequent repetition of this mantra, progress of SDI implementation proceeds, costs seem to
grow, and what about the benefits ?
How does it all relates to Information Society „Buzzword” ?
What are other important trends and dependancies ?
How all this is connected to Global, European, National & Regional Economies ?
Does it all matters in view of coming second wave of Global Finacnial Crisis ?
Regardless of the answers each of us needs to have her/his own answer…

expenditures of c.a. 650 million PLN in time frame of 2010-2019
650 million PLN = 165,78 m euro / 10 years = 16, 58 meuro / year
so purely at national level estimated annual cost in 16,58 meuro.
