- 11. We are wellaware of what “Agile” word means and we use this methodology widely during the development process. Based on our experience we see the realization plan as follow: • Dividing the total scope of work into milestones, 2-weeks sprints • Submitting the app to App Store and Google Play • Bug fixing and support after release of the app on a 6-month term.
- 12. Jira, Trello Keep intouch Git In our day-to day communication with clients and developers, Project Managers use several bug tracking systems and project management tools. So we always know what to advice when talking about your project. Amongst such systems there is a favorite one – Atlassian Jira. Admit, it is hard to compete with it. Once you are with us – you get a personal account that allows accessing the project and tracking all the changes in it as well as keeping communication with a dedicated team. In addition, our clients get the access to the project’s Git (tool that controls code versions). As a knowledge base option and in order to keep documentation in one place we use Google Doc shared with all participants of the process. To be on the same page with you we arrange regular meetings (skype or conference call) on daily/weekly basis to discuss an actual stage of the project. You won’t lose the track, don’t worry.
