 Globe Share is now used by employees of Novo
Nordisk across countries. But implementing
different features that are relevant to the
business strategies of an organisation is not an
easy task.
 Therefore Novo Nordisk involved many of its
key stakeholders and shareholders in the
designing of the model and to initiate various
communication and awareness activities for the
same.
 Globe Share is a portal on which the employees of the company can
exchange information and get updated news.
 Globe Share improves activities like knowledge sharing and interaction
among colleagues. It enables a forum of organised information on team
sites and personalised pages (My Site), search functions, and all this
could also be shared through blogs.
 Globe Share imparts all these features through a platform based on
Microsoft SharePoint.
 Novo Nordisk and NNIT before launching Globe Share started many
initiatives such as user related organisational change management
activities, usability tests, training, guidelines and newsletters
 The Globe Share team started working in 2006 with NNIT’s Organisation
Change Mxanagement and Share point experts.
