This document presents a fixture designed for flexivity testing of plastic knobs used in MCCBs. It summarizes the need for a permanent fixture, issues with temporary arrangements, and the working principle and design of the new fixture. The fixture allows knobs to be securely located and bent vertically to accurately measure load versus displacement. This permanent, multi-purpose fixture saves time over temporary arrangements and provides consistent flexivity testing of MCCB knobs.
