 Daily inspection of Incoming parts. Preparing line Quality plans as per drawing.
 Layout report of new development parts.
 Problem communication to supplier with photographs.
 Monitoring supplier rejection data & PPM.
 Doing line Analysis on 5 worst supplier’s problem by auditing them.
 Checking Hardness of Materials on HV machine Preparation of “AS BUILT” drawings.
 Analysis of Supplier CAPA for non-recurrence of the defect.
 Verification of YIS documents and supplier assistance for completion & 5 Stage
approvals.
 Material testing with external metallurgy labs ,
 Interaction with other departments like Production, purchase, stores, Testing, Machine

Study And Analysis Of a Crack In Rotor Shaft Of Blower Using Vibration
Technique
Duration: 10 month(BE MECH)
CAD Software Used: ANSYS,CATIA
Description: This project is as the part of the syllabus schedule in BE (MECH.). Usually shaft of blower
undergo cracks at the location where c/s area is change abruptly due to stress concentration .The crack
which may be fatigue crack propagates and cause catastrophic failure .In our analysis we are going to
analyze the crack at space of shaft. The cracks of increasing depth will be observed by monitoring natural
frequency. Natural frequency is measured by FFT analyzer.
