Working as an Officer (TM-B) in CMS from 1 Oct 2013 to till date. Reporting to Sr. Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for plant AMC. Currently 28 nos AMCs are running in plant such as manpower supply,
calibration, and machine/hoist maintenance. Major suppliers are Sharda & Co., Kion India Pvt Ltd.,
Chicago Pneumatic, Atlas Copco, Shipra Enterprises, Cranedge, Arm welder, BVG etc.
2. Maintaining bill cycle of all AMC suppliers and ensure timely payment.
3. Preparation budget for running AMC’s.
4. Generating part code in plant level (for machine spare parts) as per shop user requirement in SAP MM
module.
 TATA MOTORS LTD. (Jamshedpur, Tatanagar, HCV Unit). I worked as a Jr. Officer (TM-A) in
paint shop quality assurance,joined on 22 March 2010 to 24 Sep 2013.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process audit of pretreatment line, CED line, under body & joint sealant line, sanding line, top
coat & touch up line as per Tata Motors specification.
2. Auditing of painted cabs. Checking parameter- gloss, DFT, DOI, & visual defect. Prepare
demerit score for the Painted Cabs.
3. Conducting the shop floor trial of new paints and adjustment of paint flow data as per
requirement and checking EMT of ovens.
4. Handling of quality control Lab equipped with QUV,Salt spray booth, DFT meter,CCT, Cupping tester,
Impact tester, Flexibility tester, Paint film hardness tester, Wave scan meter, Gloss meter, Electric Oven
etc.
5. Testing of incoming paint such as Viscosity, Temperature, Electrical resistance, Finish of paint,
Nonvolatile metal, Settling, Drying properties, Shade match, Cross cut adhesion, Dry film
thickness, Pencil hardness & other long term test.
6. Manpower assign gate wise. Controlling absenteeism & making shift schedule for inspectors.
Achievements:
1. Eliminate rust complain from front panel of cab by implementing seam sealant in between
front panels.
 PREVIOUS COMPANY: –YUTAKA AUTOPARTS INDIAPvt. Ltd. (Bhiwadi, Rajasthan) is a
Japanese MNC. It is a group of HONDA GROUP and a 100% subsidiary of Yutaka Giken Company
Japan. They manufacture automobile parts (Catalytic Converter & Disc Brake) for Honda Siel Car &
Honda Motors Ltd. I worked as a Jr. Engineer, since on 13-Sep-2007 to 13-March-2010.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handling of QA lab equipment’s- Microscope, U.T.M, CMM, Salt spray booth, Roughness tester etc.
2. Validations testing of the painted finish goods as per HES D 2023 standard.
3. Inspection of the welding penetration with the help of microscope & preparing the report.
4. Daily red bin analysis and to take corrective action.
5. Complete layout inspection of finish goods as per drawing on CMM.
6. Managing calibration & maintenance of quality equipment from third party or in house.
7. Audit of the production line as per PQCT in every first week of every month.
8. Stage inspection of parts at vendor end as well as in house. Inspection of incoming materials in plant
level. Providing on line training to associates.

Jamshedpur).

1. Completed diploma in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from K.L Polytechnic Roorkee, Haridwar {U.A}.
