• Windows 2008 and Windows 2003 Platform Support.
• Worked on ILO project for all Physical servers to enable the Remote Management while
the server is OFFLINE.
• Experience of working remotely on more than 500 Physical Servers of Different
Manufacturers like HP, DELL, IBM which includes DELL Power Edge Servers, HP Proliant

 Worked on ITM Tool to make sure that all the servers report in the Tivoli Console. Also
worked on Successfully Upgrading the ITM to the latest version.
 Worked on Parity tool to have all the servers reported in the Parity Tool and also
Successfully upgraded the Parity to the latest version.
 Updating the Tickets and Changes worked on a daily basis in Consola.
 Worked on VSS related issues and helped team mates to run the project successfully to
have the VSS Patches installed on all the servers.
