• Accounting, budgeting, and personnel ensures paychecks are set out on time.
• Decision support system, searching for relevant databases, program evaluation results, needs assessment, and/or demographic data.
• A performance guidance system, used in the human service field, provides data to the employee so they can modify programs, plan new activities, or adjust their
behavior.
• Track organizational performance, and know what activities and programs made a difference, this will allow the organization to better assist their clients.
• The use of a balanced scorecard in the human service sector tracks the factors that affect performance.
• In employee surveys, most people are more honest if they do not have to verbally address it. This will help track efficient and inefficient processes, morale, and
level of burnout.
• Inputs, the employees' degrees, licenses, and skills. Meet PA residency requirements, Bachelor's degree in the human service field preferred.
• Outputs, delivery of units of services. Episode and contact unit, counseling sessions, parenting classes, anger management classes, substance abuse treatment
treatment program, AAA classes, and/or job training.
• Training to be sure all staff are knowledgeable in the program.

Quantitative Methods
Quantitative approach is descriptive and explanatory, in other words,
what do we want to do with this analysis? It clarifies how many? How
much? and how often? Examples being: 38% of all murders of women are
by their partner; Intimate partner violence accounts for 15% of all violent
crimes; More than 10 million people in the U.S. have experienced
domestic violence (20 Alarming.., n.d.). Quantitative data is based on
numbers, excel and SPSS can be used to calculate the mean, median,
and mode, and the statistical significance of your results.
Qualitative Methods
The single-system design is used in the human service field to conduct
needs assessments, formative evaluations, quality assurance studies,
and summative program evaluations.
Monthly activity reports may provide program statistics such as the
number of individuals served, and types of service provided.
Surveys, Reviews, and questionnaires, having consumers evaluate their
services, whether they completed the program or dropped out. This will
help one make adjustments to better assist their clients in the future.
Qualitative methods require more time and resources than quantitative
methods and the data is harder to analyze and compare but provides in-
depth information on the “why” and “how”. Qualitative can provide the
factors impacting the number of reports. For example, lack of rights, lack
of responsibility by police, fear of being stigmatized or shamed, fear of
manipulation during trial, and the risk of furthering the violence.

Evaluation
• Program evaluation has four basic objectives: it provides information about the achievements of
the programs goal and objectives; the type and quantity of activities or inputs; programs cost,
cost per output or financial benefits; and is to gain information for improvement in the program.
• Evaluation results help to improve programs, showcasing the accomplishment and helping to
gain political support and community involvement. Using process evaluation to assess the extent
in which the program is implemented and to determine if the targeted population is reached.
Formative evaluation, a specific type of process evaluation, occurs during program
implementation. It is intended to guide and direct programs, providing the staff with feedback on
the programs performance. If the program is not reaching its expectations than adjustments will
need to be made. Evaluations are ongoing meaning the programs are constantly being monitored
for effectiveness.
• Surveys, a simple survey, whether its mailed, over the phone or sent through the internet, can
shine light on the impact the program has had on individuals lives. Many agencies, organizations
etc. have websites and can use the reviews to make adjustments to fit the clients needs.

• Our program designs and services are first-rate, superior, and award-winning. Our staff have
specialized knowledge or skills to identify the factors of abuse; the influence abuse has on an
individual now and in the future; and ways to develop the skills necessary to break the generational
cycle. We provide services with integrity, innovation, and excellence regardless of the client’s
treatment progress.
• Providing support and resources to the abused and abusive through the stages of recovery. Holding
the abusive accountable while providing support for change, give an understanding to why their
behavior is abusive, identifying thought patterns that influence behavior, and to develop healthier
habits. Providing shelter and support for victims of domestic violence. Giving victims the support
and resources needed to identify abusive behaviors, gain independence, and rebuild their lives.

Informational System 6 • Accounting, budgeting, and personnel ensures paychecks are set out on time. • Decision support system, searching for relevant databases, program evaluation results, needs assessment, and/or demographic data. • A performance guidance system, used in the human service field, provides data to the employee so they can modify programs, plan new activities, or adjust their behavior. • Track organizational performance, and know what activities and programs made a difference, this will allow the organization to better assist their clients. • The use of a balanced scorecard in the human service sector tracks the factors that affect performance. • In employee surveys, most people are more honest if they do not have to verbally address it. This will help track efficient and inefficient processes, morale, and level of burnout. • Inputs, the employees' degrees, licenses, and skills. Meet PA residency requirements, Bachelor's degree in the human service field preferred. • Outputs, delivery of units of services. Episode and contact unit, counseling sessions, parenting classes, anger management classes, substance abuse treatment treatment program, AAA classes, and/or job training. • Training to be sure all staff are knowledgeable in the program. • Provide incentives, and excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision.   • 7. Quantitative Methods Quantitative approach is descriptive and explanatory, in other words, what do we want to do with this analysis? It clarifies how many? How much? and how often? Examples being: 38% of all murders of women are by their partner; Intimate partner violence accounts for 15% of all violent crimes; More than 10 million people in the U.S. have experienced domestic violence (20 Alarming.., n.d.). Quantitative data is based on numbers, excel and SPSS can be used to calculate the mean, median, and mode, and the statistical significance of your results. Qualitative Methods The single-system design is used in the human service field to conduct needs assessments, formative evaluations, quality assurance studies, and summative program evaluations. Monthly activity reports may provide program statistics such as the number of individuals served, and types of service provided. Surveys, Reviews, and questionnaires, having consumers evaluate their services, whether they completed the program or dropped out. This will help one make adjustments to better assist their clients in the future. Qualitative methods require more time and resources than quantitative methods and the data is harder to analyze and compare but provides in- depth information on the “why” and “how”. Qualitative can provide the factors impacting the number of reports. For example, lack of rights, lack of responsibility by police, fear of being stigmatized or shamed, fear of manipulation during trial, and the risk of furthering the violence. 7

Evaluation • Program evaluation has four basic objectives: it provides information about the achievements of the programs goal and objectives; the type and quantity of activities or inputs; programs cost, cost per output or financial benefits; and is to gain information for improvement in the program. • Evaluation results help to improve programs, showcasing the accomplishment and helping to gain political support and community involvement. Using process evaluation to assess the extent in which the program is implemented and to determine if the targeted population is reached. Formative evaluation, a specific type of process evaluation, occurs during program implementation. It is intended to guide and direct programs, providing the staff with feedback on the programs performance. If the program is not reaching its expectations than adjustments will need to be made. Evaluations are ongoing meaning the programs are constantly being monitored for effectiveness. • Surveys, a simple survey, whether its mailed, over the phone or sent through the internet, can shine light on the impact the program has had on individuals lives. Many agencies, organizations etc. have websites and can use the reviews to make adjustments to fit the clients needs. 9/3/20XX Presentation Title 10

Our staff have specialized knowledge or skills to identify the factors of abuse; the influence abuse has on an individual now and in the future; and ways to develop the skills necessary to break the generational cycle. We provide services with integrity, innovation, and excellence regardless of the client’s treatment progress. • Providing support and resources to the abused and abusive through the stages of recovery. Holding the abusive accountable while providing support for change, give an understanding to why their behavior is abusive, identifying thought patterns that influence behavior, and to develop healthier habits. Providing shelter and support for victims of domestic violence. Giving victims the support and resources needed to identify abusive behaviors, gain independence, and rebuild their lives.
