This document discusses copyright and piracy from both moral and legal standpoints. Morally, piracy denies creators the ability to earn a living and provide jobs, and is a criminal act that should be avoided to prevent legal issues. Legally, copyright laws exist to protect creators and provide an economic impact, with the Copyright Act of 1987 in the country allowing copyright owners to file complaints with the Ministry's Enforcement Division, which will then investigate and prosecute potential infringements.

2. What is copyright and piracy ? COPYRIGHT *The legal right granted to an author,composer,playwright,publisher,or distributor to exclusive publication,production,sale or distribution of a literary,musical,dramatic,oratistic work . PIRACY *The authorized use of reproduction of copyrighted or patendedmaterial:sofware piracy. The operation of an unlicensed, illegal radio or television station .

3. Moral issues ……… Give a chance to the creator to able to make a living and provide jobs for many other people . Piracy is one of the crime act . So avoid them !! Decrease the chance to get problems. Such as, being sued or get arrested .

4. LEGAL ISSUES ……. *Copyright give huge economy impact on any country. That why several acts are created for this purposes . The act: *The Copyright Act of 1987 provides for copyright enforcement by the Enforcement Division of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs ,apart from the police.Copyright owners may lodged an official complaint supported by the necessary documents to the Ministry’s Enforcement Divison if they suspect infringement.The division will conduct the necessary investigations and prosecutions .
