I believe that I can maintain high standards or all of my students by first establishing classroom management and hold all of my students to high expectations no matter their special population. I believe that all students can learn, it’s all about tapping into their interests and building on what they like to do. The specific behaviors that teachers engage in clearly communicate their expectations for students. I can focus on the ways in which I can ensure that my students understand that they have high expectations as well as ways for helping my students meet those expectations. I will differentiate instruction to address the diverse learning styles, needs, and skills found in my classroom. Through differentiated instruction, students are challenged but not frustrated and teachers are able to facilitate learning.

We are all smart, but in different ways. With their being Visual/Spatial, Verbal/Linguistic, Bodily/Kinesthetic, and Musical/Rhythmic learners in my classroom I will make sure that my instruction fosters drawing, creating, illustrating, and learning from photographs, videos, and other visual aids. Reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills for my students that are verbal and linguistic. hands-on activity: games, movement, role-play, and building and manipulating things for my students that are kinesthetic. And last, songs, patterns, rhythms, instruments, chants, listening to music, and other forms of musical expression for my students that learn better through music and rhythm. To make my class a classroom of inclusion, all of the students will have to interact in every aspect of the learning process nit just what really interest them.

The student analyzed the responses of students to their first lesson. Most students responded as predicted, though some needed clarification of instructions. For the next lesson, the student will improve how they deliver instructions by using the board and including more pantomime. The whole class achieved the learning goals as shown through their work. Two focal students - Nelson and Valeria - achieved the goals though Valeria struggled more due to a low English level. The most helpful instructional strategies were modeling instructions, giving examples for worksheets, and interactive activities. The student reflected on learning about planning, having backup activities, and addressing diverse student needs. Areas for growth include instructional strategies and continuing to build content knowledge.

- 1. When I graduate mile’s I don’t know where I will be employed, but I will say it’s a strong possibility that I will become a teacher for Lawson State GED adult education. My goals for the students learning forty class hours students attend the college they get to retake the TABE Test.The TABE Test acknowledge and shows students what they mastered and what areas they need to improve in. So, as an instructor I will know if they are improving or decreasing in knowledge obtained. Enactment of goals (teaching methods) I will come up with several different strategies I was a student at Lawson State in the GED program so, I understand what’s expected to reach the students .As of now I’m instructional support for the GED program. Sometimes students express their concerns about the learner strategies in the classrooms. A lot has changed since I obtained my GED. It’s no more paper GED test everything is on the computer and most students work from a program called workkeys. I can’t tell another teacher how to manage their class, but my teachers reached me because it was more going to the board , writing essays, vocabulary assignments , math blenders etc. In my class at Lawson State I plan to bring a lot of the older ways of teaching back including working on the computers students need both ways if they are going to succeed .How can I as a teacher measure students learning ? Beside TABE Test that's given every forty class hour period . I will give the homework and classwork- assignments to evaluate what all they are obtaining . My goal for all the students is every time they retake the TABE they master areas they didn’t master before .Creating an inclusive learning environment is a school or classroom where students of every ability level receive teaching in the same place . This means that particularly able students learn a long side those who have special needs. In the learning environment when race and gender is a concern . I will tell them some students or majority maybe African American . Some maybe caucasian or latino etc. We may have different backgrounds or color of skin, but God view us all the same. Diverse learning show no favoritism with students help and be available for each student in the same way. Find out what are their interests and concerns . Also, incorporate interactive activities to learn more about the student and discover what they are comfortable with . How do you integrate diverse perspectives into your teaching? Celebrate diversity and include diverse learning materials and also let students shared unique perspectives ,Structure , rhetoric and language . Structure it just depends on the class and involvement. The rhetoric have several different compartments to it just depends on what subject of study is being viewed . Language in the content is very important subject verb agreement, and complete sentences.
