• The visitor home page does not have country based search

• iRecruitment does not communicate with applicant about progression of
application
• Solution:
• Enable business events

• Issues:
• The seeded HRXML interface provided by Oracle does not satisfy the requirements
of most of Job Boards
• Solution:
• Create custom job board interface

7. Unapproved Vacancy Report
• Issue:
• In 11.5.10 it is difficult and cumbersome to find the status of vacancy pending for
approval.
• Solution:
• Create an OAF page that provided the Unapproved Vacancy Report for different
users

• Issue:
• It is difficult and cumbersome to find the approval history of the vacancy
• Solution:
• Create an OAF page that get the approval history of the vacancy

9. Disable Posting on Approval
• Issue:
• Vacancy is posted to External Site upon approval; iRecruitment does not have the
posting step.
• Solution:
• Default the Posting End Date to either sysdate or a date in future

10. Default Recruiting Team Member
• Issue:
• When complex security is implemented in iRecruitment, it is possible that for
certain scenarios the participants of vacancy do not have access to vacancy.
• Solution:
• Default manager, creator and recruiter in recruiting team after the vacancy is
created or updated.

• Issue:
• The seeded discoverer report does not provide any useful data for complex
reporting.
• Solution:
• Create vacancy dump
• Create applicant dump
• Create application progression dump
• Create Pivot table report based on these dumps.
